Radiology Residents Forum 2026 Conference; Submission Guidelines 

Scientific Abstracts: 

1. Word Limit – 250 words (excluding references) 

2. Format: 

a. Title 

b. Authors and Affiliations 

c. Aims/Objectives 

d. Materials and Methods 

e. Results 

f. Conclusion 

g. References 

To qualify as a scientific abstract, abstracts must be related to original research, audits, quality improvement projects,

or novel techniques involving diagnostic and interventional radiology. 

Educational Abstracts: 

1. Word Limit – 250 words (excluding references) 

2. Format: 

a. Title 

b. Authors and Affiliations 

c. Teaching Points 

d. Case Outline 

e. References 

To qualify for an educational abstract, abstracts must share a brief summary of an interesting or unusual case presentation and

correlation of radiology with clinical presentation and patient management. 

Abstract Submission Criteria 

  1. All abstracts must be submitted in English 

  2. Abstracts should contain original materials that have not been published, presented at, or submitted to another international meeting at the time of submission.

    Abstracts presented locally and regionally will be considered. 

  3. All submitted abstracts will be considered for oral presentation if suitable. 

  4. The presenting author must register and be present for the Radiology Residents Forum. 

  5. Approval must be obtained from all co-authors listed, with a maximum of 5 co-authors

  6. By submitting their work, authors consent for their work to be published as part of the Radiology  Residents Forum in relevant media materials. 

  7. Abstract titles must be a single sentence summarising the purpose of the article, a maximum of 15 words. 

  8. All abstract submissions should include clear sections of: introduction, methodology, results, and clinical significance. 

  9. All abstract submissions must be submitted via the submission portal. Submissions via any other method will be rejected. 

  10. Please ensure your submission details are correct. Each abstract can only be submitted once, and all duplicate submissions will be auto-removed and rejected.
